Listing Policy

Before listing any item on Envora you must make sure it complies with our Listing Policies. 

If your listing does not comply with out Listing Policy, it is subject to removal without notice. If the violation is questionable, we will contact you about the potential violation first to get clarification. This policy is subject to change without notice, although every effort will be made to notify sellers of any changes. 

Restricted Listing Activities:

Your listings, or activities which results in your information, or any information on a listing, or items pictures, or media on Envora shall not:
(a) contain any viruses, cookie injectors, trojan horses, java script, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, bots, easter eggs or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information; 
(b) be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit, illegal, or stolen items, or items which violate the Terms and Conditions, or any Envora policy in any way;
(c) infringe upon any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary or intellectual property rights or rights of publicity or privacy;

(d) violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation; or any item that have been identified by the U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC) as hazardous to consumers and therefore subject to a recall;
(e) be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing;
(f) be obscene or contain child pornography;
(g) be false, inaccurate or misleading;

(h) create liability for us, or cause us to lose in whole or in part, the services of our hosting providers, ISPs, payment processors, or other suppliers;

(i) link to external websites. All links must link to pages within Envora.com (ie. You place a link to link your other product listings on Envora on your Envora listing)

(j) link directly or indirectly to or include descriptions of goods or services that are prohibited under this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, or any other policy or community guidelines as posted on Envora;
(k) are identical to other items you have for sale, only one listing for each particular item is allowed;
(l) list any item on Envora (or consummate any transaction that was initiated using our service) that, by paying to us the listing fee or the final value fee, or by using the Envora Payment service, could cause us to violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation, or that violates the Terms and Conditions, Listing Policy, Privacy Policy or any other policy on Envora. 

(m) contain media including listing descriptions that belong to other sellers. 

(n)sell mystery boxes or blank listings

(o)manipulate search results. (ie, you may not add keywords that do not belong to your listing, use keywords from popular similar products, or brands names from products that do not relate to your listing.)

(p)contain third party reviews

(q)be for pre-sale, pre-production, or fund raising. All listings must be for products or services that are already in your possession.
