How to use: Take a teaspoon or more and swish around your mouth after brushing, pulling it between your teeth for at least 3-5, and up to 15 min daily. Discard in trash after use. If oil pulling isn’t your thing, you can still get the benefits by rubbing a bit on your gum line 1-2 times daily. This is not intended to take the place of brushing and flossing, but rather as a powerful addition. Many oil pull in place of harsh mouthwashes that harm the oral microbiome.
